In my years of research for a cure to my type 2 diabetes, I found the following able to lower both cholesterol and blood sugar levels. I just want to share with all of you these secret ingredients.
- Apple cider vinegar
- Coconut oil
- Ampalaya (bitter melon)
- Cranberry juice
- Cinnamon rolls or powder
- Fresh Buko Juice
I know this list is still incomplete but what I showed you here are mostly the things that I have tested with using a glucometer. For example, after eating/ingesting an okra, I would test my blood sugar levels at the right time before meals. The results really show lower blood sugar levels.
